APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a lease amendment with Ambrose Recreation and Parks District, a California special district, as lessor, to extend the term of an existing lease for Employment and Human Services of approximately 5,193 square feet of office space within the community center located at 3105 Willow Pass Road in Bay Point for a five year term beginning January 1, 2026 and permitting two five-year renewal options at an initial monthly rate of $8,266 for the first year with annual increases thereafter. (100% General Fund)
