APPROVE the Fiscal Year 2026/27 Keller Canyon Mitigation Fund (KCMF) allocation plan, in the amount of $2,113,898 for 129 specified projects; APPROVE the rollover of unexpended KCMF awards in the amount of $762,112 for 71 specified 2024/26 projects; AUTHORIZE the Conservation and Development Director, or designee, to execute contracts with the tax-exempt organizations and public agencies awarded funds for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as recommended by the KCMF Review Committee; and ADOPT a modification to the Keller Canyon Mitigation Fund Policies, adjusting the composition of the KCMF Review Committee.
