APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the County Librarian, to execute a purchase order with Data 443 Risk Mitigation, Inc., subject to the terms of their End User License Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $4,900 for the renewal of Ransomware Recovery Manager Enterprise subscription, for the period June 12, 2026, through June 11, 2027. (100% Library Fund)
