APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Fred Finch Youth Center, to increase the payment limit by $1,334,917 to an amount not to exceed $3,876,164 and extend the term through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed youth in West and Central County. (50% Federal Medi-Cal; 50% Mental Health Realignment)
