APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Bay Area Community Services, Inc., to increase the payment limit by $901,893 to an amount not to exceed $3,664,643 to continue operating the Delta Landing Interim Housing Program and to provide additional interim housing services for homeless individuals in East County with no change in the term ending June 30, 2026.
