APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Alta Med Spec LLC, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for the provision of analytical testing services for sterile surface, personnel, and media fill sampling related to employee competency testing for the Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacies at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center for the period May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2028. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
