APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Lincoln, to increase the payment limit by $4,104,613 to an amount not to exceed $11,386,122 and extend the term through December 31, 2026 to provide additional Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families in East County. (49% Federal Medi-Cal; 49% Mental Health Realignment; 2% Pittsburg Unified School District)
