APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Record Xpress of California, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $350,000 to provide off-site storage, retrieval, destruction and document management services for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, Health Centers and other County-designated Health Services Department Divisions for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. (100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I)
