APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute, on behalf of the County, an amendment to a franchise agreement with Allied Waste Systems, Inc., to extend the term from May 31, 2026, through July 31, 2026, to provide continued solid waste, recycling, and organics collection in its Central County service area. (100% Solid Waste Franchise fees)
